l         工作原理 Working Principles

动态流量平衡阀的阀芯是由可变过流面积的阀胆和高精度(±5%)弹簧及支撑装置组成,受压差和弹簧的作用,阀胆的节流嘴可在阀胆罩内做活塞式往复运动,运动过程中流通面积发生改变,从而使流量维持在恒定值。

The valve core dynamic fixed flow balancing valves is compossed of pistons with changeable flow area,hi-presision(±5%)springs and sustaining devices. Affected by differential pressure and springs,the flow nipple will do piston movement.During the movement,the fliw area changes and the flow rate sustains at a constant value.

P<pmin时,在压差控制范围之下时,压降低于驱动自动平衡阀芯动作在最小值,阀胆不运动,阀门全开,起到固定孔板的作用,此时Cv值最大且保持不变,由于Q=Cv√P,因此流量Q随压差P的增加而增加。(如图一)
When
P<pmin,below the differential pressure controlling area,the pressure drop is lower than the minimum value that driving the valve core of the balancing valves requires.The piston keeps still and the valve will fully open so as to fasten the orifice plate.At this moment,Cv value rises to the highest and remains constant.Bevause Q=Cv√P,flow rate Q will the increase of the P.(see Diagram 1)
注:在安装有电动阀调整流量的情况下
Remark:Electric valves are installed to regulate the flow rate,

pmin<P<pmax时,在压差控制范围之内,阀胆随压差的变化而运动,从而改变过流面积,Cv值随之改变,P增加时Cv值减小,由于Q=Cv√P因此流量保持在设定值不变(如图二)
When
pmin<P<pmax,within the differential pressure controlling area,as the change of the differential pressure,piston works and flow area and Cv value change consequetly.When P increases,Cv value decreases.Because Q=Cv√P,the flow rate systains at a setting value and keeps unchanged.(see dianram2)

P>pmax时,在压差控制范围之上时,阀胆完全被压缩,过流面积仅为最小设计通道,只有顶部的固定流量孔通流,流量随压差变化,阀门起到固定孔板作用,Cv值最小且保持不变,由于Q=Cv√P,因此流量Q随压差的增加而增加,(如图三)
When
P<pmaxover the differential pressure controlling area,piston is fully compressed and flow area minimizes to the minimum designing flow path.The flow can only go through the fixed flow orifices and changes with the change of differential pressure.At this time,valve can help fasten the orifice plate and Cv value drops to the lowest and remains constant.Because Q=Cv√P,flow Q grows with the invrease of differential pressure.See Diagram3

安装于暖通系统的多台并联设备之后,如制冷机、锅炉、换热器、水泵的后端,保持每台机组按额定流量和设计工况运行,不会因过流或流量太小使设备发生损坏。
Installed after the parallel equipments in heating ventilating system,such as chiller,boiler,heat changer,and pump to ensure every equipments work under fated flow and designed conditions,avoiding damage caused by over flow or low flow.

 

安装于冷却系统中多台并联冷却塔的前端,保证每台冷却塔按设计流量运行,避免因流量过大而造成超负荷。
Installed in front of parallel cooling towers in cooling system to ensure every cooling towers work umder designed flow rate,avoiding overload caused by over flow.

 

安装于区域供暖系统回水管上,保证各用户区域供水量按需分配,避免区域间冷热失调。
Installed in return pipe in heating system to ensure the water is distributed to the users according to need and avoid temperature disorder.

 

安装于空气处理机组或风机盘管后端,对机组起到屏蔽作用,避免因系统压力波动引起机组的流量变化。
Installed after air handling unit or fan coil unit to function as screen. Avoid flow change caused by pressure fluctuation in the system.

 

安装于供水管网的支路上,避免因某一区域用水量大而引起其他区域的供水不足。安装于其他需要维持水力平衡的管网中,如农业灌溉系统、工业管网系统等。
Installed in the bypass of the water supply network to avoid shortage of water supply caused by over water consumption in some area.Insralled in other network which requires sustaining hydraulic balance,such asa agricultural irrigation system,and industral ductwork,etc.
